Pay Tuition

For your convenience, and to simplify the payment process, we have divided the annual Extended Day fees into 10 equal payments. We utilize an automatic payment process in which payments will be automatically deducted.

We will register you with a third party payment processor called Tuition Express.  This will include an Electronic Funds Transfer Authorization that will withdraw payments from the debit card, credit card, or checking/savings information you specify.

Important notice:  Prior to the monthly payment day, you may pay your tuition online using an alternate payment method of your choosing at www.myprocare.com. For instance,  payment may also be made using cash or check during drop-off or pick-up time at the school, or online through Tuition Express. Otherwise, your payment will be withdrawn automatically on the monthly payment day using the payment method you have on file.

Secure online payments can be made using MyProcare.com for those wishing to pay tuition before the monthly due date.

Dear Picolata Crossing Families,

I would like to warmly welcome you and hope you are looking forward to this opportunity for your children beginning in the 2022-23 school year. I am delighted that you will be a part of the Village Extended Day Before and After School Program at Picolata Crossing Elementary School.

My name is Latifa Almabrouk, and I am the Program Director of the Extended Day program. Here’s a little about me. I am a military spouse, and I have a son who attends middle school in Ponte Vedra. Before becoming a part of the education field, I was in the medical field for 8 years as a Cardiovascular Technologist focusing on intraoperative procedures.

I decided to try something different that would allow me to spend more time with my son. So, I volunteered at my son’s elementary school in Virginia, and I quickly decided I wanted to help children who were having a difficult time reading. I spent some time as an elementary reading Paraprofessional until it was time to relocate. We are a military family, and we have decided to make St. Johns County our final home destination. I have been a part of Village Extended Day Services for more than two years, starting as a counselor and then becoming a Director in July 2019. I have my Child Development Associates Certification (CDA) through the State of Florida and also have my Florida Department of Children and Families Director Credential.

This next year promises to be full of exciting new opportunities for fun, growth and endless learning experiences for your child.

Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns. My contact information is listed below.
